Other countries need to share a part of shipping fees with us because of more expensive shipping costs. The shipping rates calculate during checkout, depending on types and quantity of items; size and weight; and the destination country. We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you've purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. If notified of any additional charges, you also have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.

  • How long until my order will ship?

We usually ship all orders within 1-4 business day of confirmed payment. The actual order processing time is subject to the instructions on each product page.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We partner with major international shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS to offer the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?

Sorry, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so customers need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, it will delay shipment of the order.

    How to Track the Package?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.

If you have an account, the tracking number and website can also be found in the Order Status History in Account-My Orders.

Do You Ship to Multiple Shipping Addresses?

You can only specify one address per order on Homary.com.

If you're buying several items and want to designate that items be sent to different addresses (for example, you want to buy an item for yourself and an item to be shipped to a friend as a gift), you will need to purchase the items separately.

Why Was I Asked for a "CPF" Number, "EORI/VAT" Number? (European Customers)

According to the requirement by the carriers, all individuals in Brazil are supposed to state their "CPF" number on invoices and companies in Brazil are required to include a "CNPJ" number. Therefore, if you want us to ship your order to Brazil, please make sure to provide the correct "CPF" or "CNPJ" number so your package can smoothly clear customs.

If you are shipping to european countries, you may be contacted by customs or the carrier to ask for EORI number when your package is experiencing customs clearance. If you have one, please make sure to provide by following their instructions. Or you can easily apply for an EORI number online.
